You have 15 days (from the receipt or collection of your package) to do the return process. After this period, any package returned to us will be automatically refused. Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
The spare parts must be returned in their original intact state and packaging. In case of non-compliance, the sum to refund may be reduced.
If the returned products are in conformity with the return rules, we will proceed to refund you or give you an online credit note (available in the “my credit notes” section of your customer area). The credit note is valid for one year from the date of its creation.
To return a package, you may choose between two methods.
Method 1:
You can ask for a return authorisation by following these steps:
1. Access your customer area by clicking on “my account”
2. In the section “Order history”, select the order from which you wish to return an item.
3. Select the item you wish to return and add a return motive.
4. Validate your request.
Please, put the receipt in the package in order to make the return process of your package easier.
